We are unable to accept returns for personalised gifts or items customised for you. It is therefore essential that you verify all details for accuracy, including dates, spelling, punctuation, and grammar, before finalising your order. Returns can be accepted for generic items that have not been customised if they are unused, undamaged, in the original condition and packaging, and we are notified within 7 days of delivery in writing (or email). Items must be received back within 15 days from the date of their original receipt by the customer.

Refund Processing Time

The processing of your refund typically requires up to 2 weeks. Following the processing, please allow 3-5 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account.

Policy on Repeated Refund Requests

While we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if they are recurrent from the same individual or group. In such cases, we may opt not to issue a refund or fulfill an order replacement. Additionally, we hold the right to decline future orders from these customers. We will communicate our decision in writing, either via email or over the phone.
